Dear Scott:
More than two and a half years ago, when I returned from Europe jobless and broke, I attended one of your Cash Flow game events in West LA. I had no idea what to expect at the game, other than what I saw on a PBS show with Robert Kiyosaki, the author of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," and creator of the board game. One thing I did know, however, was that I needed to start my own business.
I played a few more times after that and finally borrowed the funds and mustered up the courage to start my business investing in properties. I received all my education through Nouveau Riche, another fine organization you're associated with, and the results have been incredible.
I went from owning just my own personal residence when I first met you to 61 units as of this morning. My cash flow went from non-existent to more than $4,000 per month. Once I finish the rehabs on a couple of my apartment houses, I stand to be at over $4,800 per month positive cash flow.
That's after paying all my investing partners, mortgages, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance costs. Not bad for somebody who started with nothing just two and a half years ago! I am finally out of the "Rat Race!"
Thank you for being a great friend and mentor.
Sincerely,
Nick Holevas
